My Mantra
I believe the phrase “your thoughts become your reality.” My reality is positive + limitless. Rather than cloggin’ my noggin’ with junk rhetoric (“I’m not good enough” or “I could never do XYZ”), I’m feeding my brain semi-true, semi-false statements. A semi, true, semi-false statement is one which may be false today, but when believed to be true, shapes your reality + becomes true. Huh? In simpler terms: your thoughts shape your reality + your reality becomes your truth.

How do I talk to myself? In times of self-doubt, I boost my confidence using the Three Bs.
The Three Bs: Brilliant, Boundless + Bold. It’s the triad upholding my self-concept. The first,describes my intellect, which lives at the crossroads of creative + analytical. The second, captures my energy, or physical aura, which is positive, nurturing, charming + expressive. The third, highlights my actions + spoken words, which are honest + intentional. “I am brilliant, boundless + bold.” It’s the thought shaping my reality + becoming my truth.
